Age 54 of Dayton, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 22, 1967 to his parents, Albert & Linda (Foley) Birt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Foley; son, Christopher Birt; grandson, Konnor Birt; and uncles, Marion and Jerry Birt, Sr.

Freddie is survived by his wife, Margaret Chambers; 2 brothers, Javin and Jason Birt; children, Jazmyn Wagoner, Steven Birt, Freddie Birt, Jr., Jessica Birt, Danielle Brown, Amy Gibson, and Ashely Gibson; also 6 grandkids and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Freddie loved fishing, hunting, riding his Harley’s, and “Giving it Hell!”

A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. Family and friends please meet at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon at 12:00pm to go procession to the cemetery.
