Allie Marie James

James, Allie Marie 74, of Trotwood, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022. She was born February 11, 1948 to Charlie and Leola (Cockriell) Rose in Dayton. Allie is survived by her husband of 42 years, Michael James; children, Michelle (Scott) Smith, Cindy (Michael) Lawcock, Michael “Jay” DeHart; grandchildren, Dustin Arvay, Kristen (Trevor) Poulten, Courtney (Zac) Baringer, Miranda DeHart, Marissa DeHart, Cheyenne Weaver; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings, Mildred Taulbee, Linda Reynolds, Clifford (Mary) Rose, Richard (Sue) Rose, Delphia Sweney; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Gene Rose and Charles Rose. Visitation for Allie will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 6 p.m.to 7 p.m. at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon, with the funeral service to be held at 7 p.m. Pastor Doug Criswell to officiate. Burial will take place on Saturday, February 19, 2022 with a graveside service to begin at 10 am at Bear Creek Cemetery.
