Alta Jane Rich

RICH, Alta Jane (Taylor) Went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 25, 2015. She was born March 14, 1928 in Louden County, TN to the late Andrew and Ollie (McKeehan) Taylor. Alta was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thurman Rich of 56 years; 3 brothers; and 6 sisters. She is survived by 5 children, Louise, Charlotte, Steve (Sherry), Ralph, and Pam; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Dorothy Jenkins; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Alta was a longstanding member of the Union Road Pentecostal Church that she dearly loved, a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed. The Visitation will be Thursday, April 30 from 12PM to 2PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. The Funeral Service will begin at 2PM with Pastor Clifford Hurst officiating. Burial will be at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville.
