Age 79 of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025. She was born in Dayton on June 4, 1945 to her late parents, Robert & Alice (Chamness) Moats. Arlene worked as a secretary throughout her life. There will not be any services at this time. Her final resting place will be at Lower Miami Cemetery in Dayton.
