Barbara L. (Johnson) Allison

ALLISON, Barbara L. (Johnson) age 79, formerly of Dayton, retired to Lafollette, TN, went to be with the Lord Monday, October 15, 2018. She was born December 15, 1938 in Dayton to the late Carshall and Rachael Johnson. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Bobby Allison; sister, Janet Trochelman; and brother, Butch Johnson. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Bob Allison; children, Robin (Leon) Myers, Randy (Cheryl) Allison, and Missy (Donnie) Stout; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; sisters, Patty Yenger, Betty Allison, and Shirley (Don) Milby; and many more family and friends. Barbara had a gift for hospitality, she enjoyed cooking and was very creative. She cherished spending time with friends and family. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 18 from 6-8PM at Union Pentecostal Church, 1101 N Union Rd, Dayton, 45417. The funeral service will be Friday, October 19 at the church at 10AM with Rev. Larry Dixon officiating. Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria.
