Barbara Jean Hollon

HOLLON, Barbara Jean Age 62, of West Alexandria, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 27, 1951 to her parents, George Donald & Leola (Marlow) Wilson. Barb was preceded in death by not only her parents, but husband, Zack Hollon in 2008. Barbara is survived by her children, Brian Denney, Amy (Scott) Pelfrey, April (Don) Howell, Brian (Shelby) Williams, and Cindy (Randy) Barty; sister, Dona (Bill) Oakes; brother, Stephen (Patty) Wilson; 6 aunts, Mary, Betty, Peggy, Carolyn, Irene, and Kathryn; grandchildren, Marvin, Michele, Justin, Nathan, Hannah, and Jeremey; special great niece/grandchild, Allison Oakes; and special cousin, Dan; and many more family and friends. Barb was a loyal employee of the U.S. Postal Service for 16 years. She enjoyed bowling, euchre, and spending time with her family. She was a very giving person who loved to laugh, and was quite the prankster. Barb was loved by many and will be missed. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM on Friday, May 16, 2014 at Rogers' Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Trotwood, Ohio 45426.
