Benjamin “Benny” Snyder

Age 61 of Olive Hill, Kentucky passed away Friday, January 3, 2025, at St. Claire Hospital. Benny was born June 25, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio, son of the late Harry & Linda Snyder.

Benny enjoyed spending time riding four-wheelers, fishing, kayaking, movie nights and most of all his family and friends. Benny was well loved in his community. He loved bringing people together and seeing others smile, laugh and having a good time.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, who he loved like a daughter,  Amanda Massie and his adopted daughter, Kristi Farley. Benny is survived by his wife, Sonya Snyder; one biological daughter, Misty Snyder; four adopted children, Georgia, Justin, and Kyle Farley; mother and father-in-law, Faye and Gene Massie, all from Olive Hill, KY; two sisters Sandy Whaley, Penny Collins, both from Dayton, Ohio; along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
