Betty L. "Sissy" Ramsey

RAMSEY, Betty L. “Sissy” Age 79 of New Lebanon, Ohio passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017. Betty was born on September 15, 1936 in Circleville, Ohio to her parents, Harry Grover Cleveland Mettler, and Gladys (Clendenum) Mettler who both precede her in death along with 9 of her siblings; and one son and daughter. Betty is survived by her daughter, Cynthia (Robert) Bentley; 2 sons, Jeff (Penny) Mettler, and Bobby (Cynthia) Ramsey; daughter, Renda (Dave) Schultz; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Jerry (Ruth) Mettler, Ronnie Mettler, and Roy (Dorothy) Mettler. Betty was a waitress for over 30 years at the Rusty Duck Café in New Lebanon. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed. Visitation will be held from 11am-12pm with funeral to follow at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Rogers Funeral Home, 324 W. Main St., New Lebanon, Ohio 45345. A graveside service will be held the same day at 3:00 pm at Reber Hill Cemetery, 16810 Winchester Rd, Ashville, Ohio 43103. Family and friends are welcome to meet at the cemetery.
