Age 59, of Clayton, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe & Joyce Reese, brother, Timothy Reese, and sister, Gail Reese.

Billy is survived by his wife, Cynthia Reynolds; nieces, Kristi Ashmore, and Nicole Ashmore; great nieces, Makiah and Ahriah Blankenship, Namiah Large, and Eliah, Eliana, Kali, and Eli Jr. Metcalf; also brother, David Reese and his wife Dina Reese, and their children, Zeb, Zach and Samantha McKinley; and nieces, Lavacha and Allana Hensley.

Billy was a painter for over 30 years. He loved racing, fishing, playing pool and spending time with his family.

Visitation will be held from 4-6pm with service to begin at 6:00pm on Wednesday, Nov. 29th at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon, Ohio.

There will also be a visitation from 12-2pm with service to follow at 2:00pm on Friday, Dec. 1st at Cross-Smith Funeral Home, 300 E. Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766. Burial will follow at Campbell County Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Jacksboro, TN. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
