Blevins Leonard Fugate

FUGATE, Blevins Leonard Age 87, of Drexel, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 23, 2015. He was born April 14, 1927 in Typo, KY to the late Henry and Talitha (Huff) Fugate. Preceded in death by his parents and a niece, Brenda Fugate. Blevins is survived by his brothers, Austin (Violet) and Henry Jr. (Evelyn); nieces and nephews, Teresa Smith, Cheryl Cantrell, Delina Johnson, Leonard Fugate, Cynthia Conley, and Carolyn Wilburn; and numerous great-nieces and nephews. He was a long-time member of Grace Baptist Church, enjoyed spending time at United Rehabilitation Center, an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Kentucky Wildcats, but most importantly, was an awesome uncle. The Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 from 11AM to 1PM at Grace Baptist Church, 142 Olive Rd., Dayton, 45417. The Funeral service will begin at 1PM with Pastor Donnie Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery, Trotwood.
