PRUNKARD, Brett T. Age 30 of Dayton, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. He was born in Dayton on January 28, 1985 to his father, Bryan Smith, and mother, Sandy K. Freels. Brett was preceded in death by his Grandma Bonnie, and Grandpa Houston. He is survived by his parents; and daughter, Taylor; brother, Bryan; and sister, Chasity; 2 step-brothers, Matthew, and Michael; 2 nephews, Bryan III, and Carson; niece, Gracie; and many more family members and friends. Brett loved music, UFC, and dirt bike riding. Visitation will be held from 6-7 PM with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 15, 2015 at Rogers’ Funeral Home in New Lebanon.
