Carole L. Ney

Carole L. Ney, age 75, of Farmersville, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. and Ruth E. Warner; brothers-in-law Jim Ney and Brian Pence; and sister-in-law Jean Ney.

Carole is survived by her loving husband, Don; daughters, Carey Middleton, Cathi (Matt) Best, and Kim (Shane) Hartwell; stepson, Brandon (Heidi) Ney; grandchildren, Seth and Elli Best and Emma and Grace Hartwell; sisters, Marilyn (Tom) Thomas and Joyce Pence; brother and sister-in-law, Gerald and Donna Ney; sister-in-law, Wanda Ney; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Carole was an avid Ohio State sports fan and cherished spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, attending arts and crafts festivals with her sisters, and spending time with and caring for the animals she loved. Her family and animals were a special part of her life, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association. A donation link will be provided by the funeral home on their website, or envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Rogers’ Funeral Homes, 324 W. Main St., New Lebanon, OH 45345.

Family and friends may gather from 1:00–3:00 p.m., with the memorial service beginning at 3:00 p.m., led by Pastor Reagan.
