Carolyn Mae (Flora) Stoner

STONER, Carolyn Mae (Flora) Age 63 of New Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. She was born on May 2, 1948 to her parents Myrl & Mary Kathryn (Flory) Flora in Fort McKinley, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Suzanne Rogers, Bonita Burns; brother-in-law, Ray Burns; and nephew, Steve Burns. Carolyn is survived by her husband, Robert, whom she married on Sept. 7, 1965; her sister, Barbara (Robert) Layman; 3 sons, Jim (Milissa), Tom (Anita), and Jonathan (Catie); 1 daughter, Amy (Roland) Flora; 19 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. Carolyn was baptized on July 24, 1967 at Stillwater Old German Baptist Brethren Church. The family will receive friends on Thursday at Rogers’ Funeral Home, in New Lebanon from 3-5 and 6-8 PM. A short service will take place at the funeral home Friday morning at 9:00 AM with Funeral services beginning 10:00 AM at Bear Creek Old German Baptist Brethren Church, NC, 171 S. Diamond Mill Rd., New Lebanon, OH with the Home Brethren officiating. Interment will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens.
