Cecil C. Oppie, Jr.

Age 82 of Port Townsend, Washington passed away on September 14, 2026. He was born in Dayton, Ohio to his parents, Cecil Sr. & Dorothy Oppie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, James and Bob; sister, Cecilia.

Cecil is survived by his wife, Wanda; son, Craig; brothers, Gary, Rodney, and Stanley.

Enjoyed camping, fishing and cooking. He lived in Washington most of his life after retiring from the Navy where he was a senior chief boatsman mate during the Vietnam War.

Graveside service will be held Friday, October 23, 2026 at 11:00am at the Dayton National Cemetery. Friends and family can meet at 10:45am at 4400 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428
