Charles E. Blevins

BLEVINS, Charles E. Age 91, of Trotwood, peacefully entered his Eternal Home on Saturday, February 24, 2018. Charlie was born in Middletown, Ohio on August 19, 1926 to the late Labe and Ethel Blevins. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Francis Blevins; daughter, Debra Grace in 1973; son, Daniel Lee in 1990; brothers, Paul and Marvin Blevins; and sisters, Pearl Mills, Edna Frederick, and Grace Fraser. Charlie is survived by his daughter, Gloria (Don Parker) Ramsey; son, Charles “Butch” (Amy) Blevins; grandchildren, David, Debbie, Shawn, Joshua, Jennifer, Jason, Stephanie, Brian, Steve, Donald Jr., & David Parker; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Kyle, Sarah, Payton, Charlie, Emma, Abby, Steven, Rosemary, Collin, Charlie Rose, Kendra, Sean, Lillie, Sienna, Kendra, and Zoe; sister, Thelma Gibbs; and sister-in-law, Olive Blevins. He was a member of Englewood Pentecostal Church of God. The family would like to give a special thank you to Charlie’s caregivers- Telecia, Miranda, Kendra, and Brian. Visitation will be held from 12-1pm with service to follow at 1:00pm on Wednesday February 28 at Englewood Pentecostal Church of God, 1170 Union Blvd, Englewood, Ohio 45322. Pastor Rick Shepherd officiating. Interment will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens.
