Charles N. Strober

STROBER, Charles N. Age 85, born May 16, 1931, died peacefully, February 9, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Mary Strober; brother, Ted (Mary) Strober; loving wives, Wanda and Joyce Strober; and stepson, Dan Cramer. Charles is survived by five daughters, Kathy (Fred) Kugler, Linda (Mark) Dietsch, Terri (Raymond) Brentlinger, Monica (Gary) Johnson, and Kristina (Jon) Reffitt; stepchildren, Linda (Vince) Lambert, David (Phyllis) Cramer; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Charlie was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He was a Navy Corpsman in the Korean War. Charlie retired from Monsanto in 1985 after 30 years of service and spent his retirement traveling the world. His loves were family, farming, and tending to his garden. Visitation will be from 10-11 AM with funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM on Monday, Feb. 13, 2017 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon.
