McDaniel, Cindy Lou

Age 59 of Brookville, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022. She was born in Hyden, KY on Dec. 17, 1963 to her parents, Barney Jo Morgan and Alene (Sizemore) Hill.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Barney Jo Morgan; husband, Leonard McDaniel; brother, Barney Morgan; sister, Shonia Morgan, and nephew, Tommy Morgan.

Cindy is survived by her children, Jason (Jennifer) Morgan, Jamie (Charles) McDaniel, Dorothy (Brian) Cartwright, and Tashua Woods; her mother Alene Hill; grandchildren, Timothy Logan and Bishop Michael Cartwright, James Thomas Morgan, Monroe Achilles McDaniel, and Ciara Lynn Gideon; siblings, Marcella (Danny) Spratt, and Stella (Adrian) Sellers; brothers-in-law, Lynn and Bruce McDaniel; sister-in-law, Kim Stephens; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends.

Cindy loved doing puzzles but mostly loved her grandkids. In Cindy’s words, “Cindy McDaniel was here but now she’s gone, those who knew her knew her well, but those who didn’t can go to Hell”

Services may be held at a later date by family.
