Clara Yates

YATES, Clara Age 91 of Trotwood, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014 She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May, 20, 1923 to her parents, Peter F. & Rose (Rogasi) LoGrasso. Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond A. Yates; and son, Allen Yates. She is survived by 2 sons, David (Lynn) and Raymond (Maria) Yates; 7 grandchildren, Brian, Gretchen, Joseph, Jacob, Jon, Maria, and Jeremy; along with great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and numerous other family members and friends. Clara was a graduate of the University of Dayton. She was employed by the Dept. of Veteran's Affairs as a nurse and was a Parishioner at Precious Blood Catholic Church since 1955. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, June 30, 2014 at Precious Blood Catholic Church. Father Jim Seibert, C.C.P.S. officiating. Interment will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until the start of Mass.
