Connie Sue (Powers) Russell

Connie was 50 years old, born February 13, 1973 in Williamsburg, KY and died on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023. Her father was Lee Powers and mother is Nancy Taylor Powers.

Connie loved music, laughing and having a good time. She had many good friends, way too many to mention all of them. Mrs. Conswela McLemore & Dr. Jennifer Kostic go as far back as kindergarten. Jenny McLearran was another special friend and also Charles Lee with whom she found love again.

Connie was preceded in death by her father, Lee Powers; and her husband, Brien Russell.

Connie is survived by her mother, Nancy Taylor Powers of Brookville, OH; her 2 children, Bryant Powers of Dayton, OH, and Brittany Powers (Dustin Large) of Dayton, OH. She had 3 beautiful grandkids that she loved with all her heart, Dustin and Jaxon Large, and Pierson Powers. Her siblings, James Powers (Patricia) of New Lebanon, OH, Roy Powers (Christa) of Farmersville, OH and sister, Charlotte Myers (Dale) of Dayton, OH. Connie also had many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Visitation will be held form 10am-12pm with Funeral service to begin at 12:00pm on Friday, September 8th at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Interment will follow the service at Eversole Cemetery. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
