Creed "Big Cat" "Cash" Bowling

BOWLING, Creed “Big Cat” “Cash” Age 83, of Brookville, went to be with the lord on Sunday, July 3, 2016. He was born July 13, 1932 in Breathitt County, KY to the late Clyde and Eve Bowling. Creed was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Palma Carol Landford; and brother, Everett. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Carol; sons, Roger, Mike (Shirley), and Warren Bowling; daughter, Kathy (Tim) Hayes; step-children, Rick (Adriana) Crouch, Earl (Peggie) Crouch Jr., and Gayle (Oliver) Skidmore; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Fred, Earl, Burl, Jay, and Bert Bowling; sisters, Ina Davidson, Dixie Hatton, and Joan Patton; and friend and caregiver, Jessica Duke. Creed was an ordained minister with Miami Primitive Baptist Church. He loved to hunt, camp, and travel, and was an avid CB enthusiast. The visitation will be Wednesday, July 6 from 11AM to 1PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. The funeral service will begin at 1PM with Pastors Carman Gillum and Greg Moore officiating.
