Age 65 of New Lebanon, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023. Dan was born in Lafayette, LA on March 3, 1958 to his parents, Albert & Shirley (Baughman) Barber. Dan was preceded in death by his father, Albert; and brothers, Mark and Kent Barber.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy (Ward) Barber; mother, Shirley Barber; children, Jennifer Bluemel, Sarah Black, and Laura Earle; grandchildren, Kyla Black, Bella Black, Benjamin Manley, Emily Bluemel, Rebekah Bluemel, Olivia Earle, Mia Earle, Henry Bluemel; and Baby Boy Earle.

Dan spent his time in service of others.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 9:30am-10:30am with funeral service to begin at 10:30am at The Jesus Christ Church of Latter-Day Saints, 1500 Shiloh Springs Rd. Dayton, Ohio 45426. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Brookville. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
