Danny Coy Mullins

MULLINS, Danny Coy Age 70, of New Lebanon, passed away from complications due to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease on Monday, October 24, 2016. He was born June 29, 1946 in Dayton to the late Columbus Coy and Juanita Mullins. Danny is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Deane Mullins; beloved cat, Trouble; niece, Debbie (George) Lewis; grandnephew, Zack (Katherine) Cantrell; and great grandniece, Amelia Rose Cantrell. Dan’s greatest pleasure was the outdoors. He spent much time hiking and camping in places such as Grand Canyon and Glacier National Park. He hiked the majority of the Appalachian Trail with the local outdoor club. His last wish was to be cremated and his ashes be placed in a special place in the Great Smoky Mountains. There will be a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, October 29 from 2PM to 3PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. A Memorial Service will begin at 3PM with Pastor Gene Oburn officiating.
