David W. Sorrell

SORRELL, David W. Age 59 of New Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018. He was born on December 15, 1958 to his father, David Sorrell, and mother, Shirley Walsh who preceded him in death along with his brother Darryl. David is survived by his wife Karen of 34 years; daughter, Krista; son, David; and daughter, Tiffany; granddaughter, Addilyn; aunt, Anita (Bob) Kendig; sister, Dorenda (Mike) Tingle; and several nieces, nephews, and siblings. David proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 11 years. He enjoyed camping, NASCAR, OSU, but especially spending time with his granddaughter, Addilyn. Visitation will be held Monday, June 18th from 5-7 PM with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM at Rogers Funeral Home, 324 W. Main St., New Lebanon, Ohio 45345. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 W. Third St., Dayton, Ohio 45428. Please meet at the funeral home at 10:30 AM to go in procession to the cemetery.
