David Lee Wintermute

WINTERMUTE, David Lee Age 78 of Ludlow Falls, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. David was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 6, 1940 to his parents, George & Eveline (Weyandt) Wintermute who have preceded him in death. David is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Phyllis; 2 daughters, Teri (Mark) Beach and Kim Birbal; son, Brian (Regina) Wintermute; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Susan Frey; and numerous nieces and nephews. David was a volunteer Fireman for many years. He enjoyed camping, guns, fishing, woodworking, model railroad, and most of all his family. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm with funeral to follow at 12:30 pm on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Interment will follow at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation or the Pink Ribbon Girls in memory of David.
