Dawn S. Jurgens

JURGENS, Dawn S. Age 76, of Trotwood, unexpectedly passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012. She was born December 14, 1935 in York Village, Maine to the late Charles and Evelyn Faulkner. Dawn is survived by her husband, Carl; daughters, Lisa (Leon) Childers, Cheryl Herington, and Holly (Daniel Vega) Boltz; sons, Michael Herington, Joe and Christopher Jurgens; grandchildren, Christopher, Macey, Logan, Mason, Jackie, and Nicholas; brother, Charles (Teresa) Faulkner; sister, Laurie Cooper; special daughter-in-law, Angela Kelley; and many more family and friends. She was a devoted Jehovah's Witness for many years, and care-giver to the elderly members of the Kingdom Hall. She was loved by all and will be missed. A visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 PM with Memorial Service to follow at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 15, at Kingdom Hall, 1530 James H. McGee Blvd., Dayton, Ohio. Elder Mike Wheatley will be officiating.
