FULTON, Deborah S. “Debbie”

Age 72 of Dayton, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024. She was born in Cumberland County, TN to her parents, Reubin Cartwright and Mabel (Arden) Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Franklin Miller; husband, Donald Fulton; and son, Joseph Fulton.

Debbie is survived by her brother, Reuben Cartwright, Jr. of Brookville, Ohio; sister, Linda (Joe) Lambert of Virginia Beach, VA; granddaughters, Breanna Fulton and Madeline Dick; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Debbie was a very caring, giving, wonderful person. She was loved and will be missed.

Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm with funeral service to begin at 1:00pm on Friday, August 23, 2024. Interment will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
