Donald Clifford Bailey

BAILEY, Donald Clifford Age 88, of New Lebanon, peacefully passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019. He was born February 4, 1931 in Johnsville to the late Alonzo and Dessie (Brooks) Bailey. In addition to his parents, Cliff was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia; son-in-law, Gary Evans; and 6 brothers. He is survived by his 4 daughters, Patty (Duane) Jolliff, Peggy (Jack) Garrett, Donna Evans, and Tammy (Larry) Hale; 11 grandchildren, Scott (Sara), James (Melissa), and Donald Jolliff, Tina (Bub) Rader, Maria Christy, Joseph (Jackie) , Jesse, and Jason Garrett, Luther Evans, and Shane and Parker Hale; 12 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; 2 sisters; 3 brothers; and many nieces and nephews. Cliff enjoyed field trials with his greyhounds, watching his grandkids play sports, bowling and dancing. He was also an active member of the Sidas Singles Club, and attended the New Lebanon Brethren Church. The family will receive friends Friday, May 31 from 6-8PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. The funeral service will begin at 10:30AM on Saturday, June 1 at the funeral home with Pastor Kyle Wardlaw officiating. Burial will follow at Trissel Cemetery, New Lebanon.
