COMER, Donald Eugene

Age 89 of New Lebanon, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023. Don was born on December 26, 1933 in Greenville, Ohio to his parents, Carl and Mabel Comer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Comer; and brother, Billy D. Comer.

Don is survived by his children, Denise (Michael) Shrewsbury, Gary (Kim) Rose, and Glen “Butch” (Jamie) Rose; grandchildren, Jeremiah (Melissa) Rose, and Kyle Shrewsbury, great grandchildren, Samantha Rose, and Graham Shrewsbury; and numerous other family members and special friends.

Don worked at Mcalls/Dayton Press, and Dixie Local Schools. He loved Ohio State and was an avid fan of antiques, clocks, and auctions. Don was a role model for his family. He was a wonderful father and loved by all.
