Donald Hubert Fugate

FUGATE, DONALD HUBERT 65, of New Lebanon, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born April 9, 1955 to Charles and Dorothy (Watson) Fugate. Donald loved working on cars and was also a delivery driver, and drove for Dayton RTA. He also enjoyed fishing, shooting his guns, and watched NASCAR and baseball – specifically the Cincinnati Reds. Don had a big family who loved him dearly, and will miss him tremendously. He is survived by his daughter, Holly (Jason) Duncan; step-sons, Jeremy Simonton, and Jason Simonton; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-granddaughters; ex-wife, Rhonda Yount; nieces, Amy Stultz, and Rachel Fugate-Schoenherr; sister-in-law, Diane Fugate. Don was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Denise Fugate-Hammonds, and David Fugate; and his nephew, Benjamin Fugate. A burial for Don is planned at a later date at Sugar Grove Cemetery.
