Donna Jean Phillips

PHILLIPS, Donna Jean Age 73, of New Lebanon, passed away Wednesday September 7, 2016. She was born September 21, 1943 in Dayton to the late Clerence and Bertha Lockhart. Donna was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers, Bill, Keith, Carl, and Chuck; and 4 sisters, Toot, Barb, Betty, and Patsy. She is survived by her daughter, Lori Phillips-Bailey; granddaughter, Desiree’ Phillips (Matt); grandson, Storm Phillips (Jessica Curtain); great grandchildren, Dominic, Delilah, Vincent, Maverick, and Chloe; brother, Jim and Joyce Lockhart; sister, Linda and Harold Honious; and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, September 21 at 5PM at Golden Gate Park in Brookville. All are invited to attend.
