Age 88 of Brookville, gained her wings on Saturday, June 22, 2024. She was born in Berea, KY on August 24, 1935 to her parents, Augusta & Deane (Allen) Thacker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Pinion; 2 brothers; and 5 sisters.

Donna is survived by her son, Tony (Linda) Pinion; daughter, April Adkins; 3 sisters, Gretna Hopkins, Pamela Arvai, and Vicky Thacker; grandchildren, Tony (Cheresa) Pinion, Jenny (David) Forrester, Mike Pinion, and Wade May; great grandchildren, Chelsi and Hannah Rhoades, Jordan, Mia, and Anthony Pinion, Kayla Hughes, and Rachael Jaeggi; and great great grandchildren, Haisley, Lundyn, and Levi.

Donna was a stay-at-home mom for years until she opened up Donna’s Beauty Shop on Olive Road. When Raymond retired, they moved to DeGraff, Ohio and enjoyed living the farm life. Eventually, they moved back to New Lebanon to be closer to family and friends. Donna was a member of First Baptist Church of West Alexandria for many years, she will be dearly missed.

A visitation will be held from 11am-12pm with funeral service to begin at 12:00pm on Wednesday, June 26th at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Interment will follow at Trissel Cemetery. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
