Dorcie Lee Hoskins

HOSKINS, Dorcie Lee Age 82 of New Lebanon, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 22, 2022. He was born in Middlesboro, KY on December 8, 1939 to his parents Rev. McKinley & Elsie (Melton) Hoskins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Carol Ann Hoskins; sisters, Alta Mae and Irene; brothers, Ralph, Odell, and Robert; and dog, Brutus. Dorcie is survived by his children, Chuck (Lorrie) Hoskins, Larry “Bean” (Kristy) Woolery, Lisa (Steve) Davis, Roger (Lynn) Hoskins, and Tim (Tina) Hoskins; brother Wallace Hoskins; 11 grandchildren, plus 2 special grandchildren, Hannah and Haley Woolery; numerous great grandchildren; and his loving dog, Scarlet. Dorcie was a very devoted family man and Christian. He enjoyed being a member of the New Lebanon Church of the Nazarene and was a longtime Mason and Shriner. He retired from Chrysler after 35 years of service. Dorcie enjoyed flea markets, watching westerns, playing marbles, going to breakfast, and visiting Lake Cumberland. He was loved and will be dearly missed. Visitation will be 12-1pm with funeral to follow at 1:00pm on Friday, July 29, 2022 at the New Lebanon Church of the Nazarene, 176 N.
