Edison Lewis Derringer, Jr.

DERRINGER, Edison Lewis, Jr. Age 89, formerly of New Lebanon, passed away on March 22, 2018. “Jr” was preceded in death by his parents, Mable and Edison Derringer; sister, Phyllis Smith; and brother, Donald Derringer. He is survived by 1 sister and brother-in-law, Mariana and Richard Bailey, of Brookville; 9 nieces and nephews, Cheri and Gary Cantrell, of Gulfport, FL, Tim and Jill Bailey, of Verona, Teresa and Tracy Gayheart, of California, Roxane Goodman, of Sarasota, FL, Diana Kitchen, of Washington, Janice Showalter and Donna Prim, of Florida, Mike Derringer, of Dayton, and Mary Wynn, of Brookville; and numerous great nieces and nephews, as well as other family members. Visitation will be held from 11am-12pm with funeral to follow at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Bear Creek Church of the Brethren, 7500 W. 3rd Street, Dayton, Ohio 45417.
