Erma Lee (White) Bush

BUSH, Erma Lee (White) Age 87, of Dayton, joined her husband in their Heavenly Home on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. She was born January 5, 1926 in Elizabeth City, NC to the late Mordica and Ollie (Jackson) White. Erma was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 46 years, Herschel; great-granddaughter, Alexis Olivia; 4 brothers; and 3 sisters. She is survived by her children, Ron (Sue), Don (Sharon), Kitty (Lonnie) Saunders, Linda (Danny) Lewber, Doug (Merri), and Brant; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Thomas White; and numerous nieces and nephews. Erma was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church, was well known for her homemade candy and baking and decorating cakes, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was a sweet woman, beloved by everyone, who enjoyed spending time in her flower gardens, and loved her family, especially her grandbabies. The Visitation will be on Monday, December 23 from 11AM to 1PM at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, Trotwood. The Funeral Service will begin at 1PM with Pastor Donnie Smith, officiating. Burial will follow at Bear Creek Hillgrove Cemetery, Dayton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Erma's memory to Grace Baptist Church, 142 Olive Rd Dayton, OH 45417.
