Evelyn Forsyth

FORSYTH, Evelyn Age 98 of Brookville formerly of West Alexandria, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband Leroy Forsyth in 2011 and her son John. Evelyn is survived by her son and his wife, Roy and Sheila Forsyth; daughter Doris Forsyth; a brother William Basham and a sister Betty Hewson; 10 grandchildren and numerous great and also great-great grandchildren. A celebration of Evelyn's life will be held 1:00 PM Friday at the Salem Church of God, 6500 Southway Drive, Clayton, OH, where Evelyn was a devoted member. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery at 3:00PM. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service from 12-1 PM. If desired, contributions may be made to the Salem Church of God in memory of Evelyn.
