Frances E. Bailey

BAILEY, Frances E. Age 84, formerly of Clayton, passed away Friday, August 31, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Mary Locke; husband, Eugene; son, Gary; two brothers, Tom and Dick Locke; and sister, Harriet White. Frances is survived by her children, William Bailey, Faye Banks, Nancy Warrix, and Phillip Bailey; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Hutchins and Dixie Clark; the loving and supportive Bailey Family; and many more family and friends. She was a long time member of Philadelphia Church of God and Plainview Open Bible Church for over 30 years. She loved to travel with her husband and fish with her family. Frances enjoyed needle work, embroidery, quilting, gardening, and her flowers. The visitation will be Wednesday, September 5 from 6 to 8 PM at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, 324 W. Main St., New Lebanon, 45345. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 6 at the funeral home with Pastor Harold Ady, officiating. Burial will follow at Trissel Cemetery.
