George W. Hepner

HEPNER, George W. Age 94, of New Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015. He was born March 25, 1920 in Dayton to the late George W. and Josephine C. (Somers) Hepner. George was preceded in death by his parents and wives, Norma and Carolyn. He is survived by his son, Scott A. Hepner and his wife, Elaine; and grandsons, Eric D., Gabriel A., and Troy D. Hepner. George was a longtime Mason at Farmersville Lodge #482 and a member of the Brethren Church of New Lebanon . A Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 5 from 12PM to 2PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. There will be a Masonic Service beginning at 2PM with the Funeral Service to follow with Pastor Gene Oburn officiating. Burial will follow the service at Trissel Cemetery, New Lebanon. If desired, contributions may be made to the Bretheren Church of New Lebanon Memorial Fund in George’s memory.
