Age 79 of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. He was born in Wheelersburg, Ohio on December 17, 1944 to his parents, Jay & Elizabeth (Nelson) Levi. Le

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by children, Conda Williams, Shawn Levi, Janice Levi, Chris Levi, and Donna Chapman; and sister, Linda Levi.

George is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Wanda J. Levi; his children, Lisa Jones (Gary) of Alabama; George Levi, Jr. (Sherry) of Ohio, Miranda Owens (James) of Dayton, Ohio, Timothy Taylor of Dayton, Ohio, and Donald Chapman of New Lebanon, Ohio; siblings, Billie Jo Tomlinson (Greg), Evelynn Levi, and Ed Lewis; grandchildren, Danya Levi, Stephanie Levi, Cheyenne Levi, Fletcher Levi, George Levi III (Rocky), Timothy Williams, Roy Chapman, Justin Taylor, Bryceady Taylor, Sammy Owens, and Hayley Owens.

George was proud to be a butcher and co-own a grocery store. He enjoyed work, traveling to see family and friends, spending time with his family, gardening and church. He also loved going to Pizza King in Richmond, Indiana and Plain City with his wife, Wanda. He will be missed.

Visitation will be held from 12-1pm with funeral to begin at 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Grace Baptist Church, 142 Olive Road, Dayton, Ohio 45417. Interment will follow the service at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville, www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
