Harold L. Binkley

BINKLEY, Harold L. Age 84, of Dayton passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, October 28, 2014. He was born in Monroe, Ohio on Feb. 27, 1930 to his parents, Clayton L. & Elverda (Fry) Binkley. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dora Mae (Godsey) Binkley; and 3 brothers. Harold is survived by his son, Roger A. (Debra) Binkley; 2 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Harold collected books and loved to read. He was a longtime member of Vandalia Church of the Nazarene. Visitation will be 5-8 PM on Monday, Nov. 3 at Rogers’ Funeral Home, 110 West Main St. Trotwood, Ohio 45426. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, Nov. 4 also at the funeral home. Pastor Mark Batton officiating. Interment will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made the Vandalia Church of the Nazarene or American Cancer Society.
