FORMAN, Helen Age 94 of New Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2020. She was born in Hazard, KY on July 21, 1926 to her parents, Robert & Dempsey (Woodson) Morris. Helen is survived by her son, Clarence Forman; daughter, Kathy (Russell) Norris; and brother, Eddy Morris of CA; and 9 grandchildren. There will be a 2-4 viewing on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon.
