Helen Irene Thacker

THACKER, Helen Irene Age 74 of Farmersville, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013. She was born on July 24, 1938 in Locust Branch, KY to her parents James E. & Gracie B. (Skinner) Knox. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, William J. Knox. Helen is survived by her husband of 56 years, Monroe Thacker; 2 sons, Randal M. Thacker, and Andrew C. (Kelley) Thacker; 2 siblings, Daniel C. (Jeanne) Knox, and Dorothy (Robert) Reynolds; 6 grandchildren, Ryan, Andrew, Sarah, Brent, Zachary, & Morgan Thacker; and 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends. Visitation will be held from 11:00 to 1:00 with funeral service to follow at 1:00 on Tuesday, May 21, 2013. Interment will follow at Trissel Cemetery.
