Homer L. Sidenstick

Homer L Sidenstick Age 71, of Trotwood, went home to be with the Lord at 2:14am on January 12, 2020. He was born in Dayton, OH on May 1, 1948. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Sidenstick; daughter, July Lykken, son in law Chris, son Aaron, step sons Scott and Todd, brothers Larry and Bob Sidenstick, sister Karen Price, daughter in law Teresa, grandchildren Alex, Chase, Sierra, Benito, Jose’, Anthony, Olivia, Brandon, Corinne, Tanner, Parker, Preston, Jacie, many loving nephews, and many more family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Ruth, brother in law Gary, and granddaughter Brittany. Homer was a good-hearted man with a contagious laugh and he always saw the good in others. He loved fishing, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and attending his grandchildren’s little league games. Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Monday, January 20 at Block Church with a dinner reception following.
