Idabelle (Landis) South

South, Idabelle (Landis) Age 84 of Dayton, went to be with her Lord Thursday afternoon, April 7, 2011. Idabelle is preceded in death by her husband Melvin in 1994 as well as a grandson precious Ronnie Evans and a great grandson Bryant Evans. Idabelle was the happiest when she was around her family, which includes her son Dean (Denise), daughters Kathy (Steve) Burns, Alice (Jerry) Coulter and Nancy South, 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, a brother Lonnie Landis, a sister Eileen Zahniser and many more relatives and dear friends that will miss this wonderful lady’s great smile and personality. A celebration of Idabelle’s life will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Dayton First Church of the Nazarene, 7031 N. Main St. Dayton where Idabelle has been a faithful member. Pastor Stan Ward presiding. Burial will follow at the Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5-8 PM at the ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, 110 West Main St, Trotwood, OH. If desired, contributions may be made to Idabelle’s church in her memory.
