Imogene (Gabbard) Buck

BUCK, Imogene (Gabbard) Age 80, of New Lebanon, OH, passed away May 2, 2014. Imogene was born January 6, 1934 in Sand Lick, KY. She is preceded in death by her parents, Farris and Mary Gabbard; infant children, Dennis Gabbard and Margaret Gabbard; brothers, Amos Gabbard and Douglas Gabbard, Jr,; and grandson, Michael Jace Gabbard. She is survived by her sons, Michael Gabbard and his wife Becky of Germantown, OH, Dwight Gabbard and his wife Myra of New Lebanon, OH; brother, Kenneth (Brenda) Gabbard of Sand Gap, KY; sister, Lola Couch of New Lebanon, OH; sisters-in-law, Betty Gabbard and Anna May Gabbard both of Waneta, KY. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Lorrie (Craig) Sheffer from Sharpsburg, GA and Ryan Gabbard of New Lebanon, OH; great-grandchildren, Natalie and Andrew Sheffer of Sharpsburg, GA and Angel Gabbard of London, KY; and many nieces and nephews. Imogene worked 20 years at Sunshine Bakery and retired from General Motors. A Visitation will be held Saturday, May 3 from 5PM to 7PM at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. Imogene will then be taken to Lakes Funeral Home, McKee, KY.
