Irene E. Spitler

SPITLER, Irene E. Age 84, of New Lebanon, peacefully passed away Friday September 22, 2017. She was born October 3, 1932 in Dayton. Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Steven and Mary Szucs; husband, Donald E. Spitler; sister, Mary Bechtol; and brother, Steve Szucs. She is survived by her children, Tim (Debbie) Spitler, Diane Spitler, Patti (Jeff) Modrzynski, and Karen (Todd) Tincher; grandchildren, Amanda Spitler, Chris (Thanh) Modrzynski, Tara (Bryan) Nuse, and Tyler Tincher; great grandchildren, Kayde Baker, and Micah and Milo Modrzynski; nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday September 26 from 6PM to 8PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. A funeral mass will begin Wednesday September 27 at 12PM at Visitation Catholic Church, Eaton, with burial to follow at Trissel Cemetery, New Lebanon. If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
