Iva Mae Detling

DETLING, Iva Mae Passed into her new life on her birthday, February 14, at 87. She did volunteer work for many years at Good Samaritan Hospital and the Ladies Seniors in Vandalia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Detling. Survived by her son, Rick and his wife Jamie; her grandsons, Christian and his wife Sarah, and Patrick, and his friend Holly; 2 step-grandchildren, Ben and Erin Moore; great granddaughter, Carley; step-great grandson, Jackson; brothers, Harold and Ron Pullins; nephew, Kyle Pullins; and a host of extended family and friends. Special thanks go out to her dearest friend, Joanne, for all her love and care she gave to Iva; it is hard to express what it has meant. Special thanks also to her brother, Ron, for all the love and care that he has given. A Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 18 from 10AM to 12PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. The Funeral Service will begin at 12PM. Burial will be held at 2:30PM at Greenville Cemetery, Greenville.
