Jack A. Amos

AMOS, Jack A. Age 65 of Brookville, formerly of Trotwood, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert "Dutch" & Evelyn Amos; wife, Pam Amos; and sister, Sherry Rife. Jack is survived by his son, Michael (Renee) Amos; daughter, Melissa Reynolds; grandchildren, Brandi and Christopher Todd; great-grandchild, Nevaeh; 5 siblings, Dick (Norann) Amos, Carol Gilvin, Ron (Joan) Amos, Don Amos, and Julie Amos, and many more friends and family. Jack owned the SOHIO station in Trotwood for 11 years and served with the Madison Township Fire Dept. for many years. He was a proud member of G.W.R.R.A., Chapter T2 Motorcycle Club. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, Feb. 1 at Trotwood Church of the Brethren, 208 E. Main St. with Pastor Paula Bowser officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Thursday evening at Rogers' Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Trotwood and also from 10-11AM Friday at the church.
