Jack A. Cruea

CRUEA, Jack A. Age 83 of Trotwood, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton on Sunday, March 20, 2011 with his loving wife, Sally, by his side. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Artie (Denlinger) Cruea. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Virginia “Sally” (Duncan) Cruea; 2 step-daughters, Karen (Paul) Vineyard, and Melissa (Rick) Adams; 4 grandchildren, Doug (Amy) Hayes, Jessica Hailey, Joshua (Jackie) Miller, and Vanessa (Phil) Gilmore; 8 grandchildren, and numerous relatives and friends. Jack served in the U.S. Army and was a proud veteran of WWII. He retired from Coca-Cola after over 20 years of service. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 25, 2011 at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME in TROTWOOD, 110 W. Main St. 45426, with Pastor Angela Meeks officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the start of the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Trotwood Rescue or Hospice of Dayton in memory of Jack.
