Jacob "Luke" Gosnell

GOSNELL, Jacob “Luke” Age 71 of Trotwood, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015. He was born on July 29, 1944 in Greenwood, SC to his father, Jacob Luther Gosnell Sr., and mother, Eva Mae (Burdette) Gosnell who both precede him in death. Luke is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Rhonda; son, Greg; loving daughter, Andria; grandson, Aiden (Moo Moo); and his best four legged friend, Ditto. Luke was a successful business owner and was best known for his establishments, L&J Body Shop and Higgins Station. Luke had touched more lives than he knew both in his business and in his personal life with his kindness, generosity, stubbornness and love. Luke was extremely funny, outgoing and knew how to make an impact on everyone he met. He enjoyed spending time with family and will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held from 4-6 PM with funeral service to follow at 6:00 PM on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016 at Rogers Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Trotwood, Ohio 45426.
