HORN, James T. "Jimmy" Age 62, of West Alexandria, took his final motorcycle ride into the sunset to be a free bird on Monday, October 19, 2015. Jimmy was born September 16, 1953 in Dayton, to the late James and Ocie Horn. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Barbara Horn and Gerri Kautz; and special companions, Suzuki, Taz, and Pete. Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Suzanne; son, James M. (Jennifer Loveless) Horn; grandchildren, Tyler Lynn and Cody James Horn; siblings, Wilma Doss, Lola Chastine, Irene Dunn, Phyllis Ernest, Tony (Ann) Horn, Petie (Kenny) Hastings, and Peggy (Mike) Fohl; mother-in-law, Doris Lewis; sister and brother-in-law, Monika and Robin Gibson; many nieces and nephews too numerous to name; and loving dog, Scooby Dew. He could cook and was a clean freak, and liked working on cars and motorcycles. Jimmy loved to ride his motorcycle, visit with family by walking in and leaving 5 minutes later, and fishing with his family. However, he loved spending time with his grandchildren. The visitation is Wednesday, October 21 from 11AM to 1PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. The funeral service will begin at 1PM with Pastor Donnie Smith officiating. Burial will follow the service at Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria.
